Our company was born in the field of environmental studies applied to transport infrastructure (railways, roads and motorways, airports, stations and logistic centres), and to hydraulic and energy infrastructure (bulk water supply networks, dams and treatment plants, gas pipelines, electricity cables and power stations).

The professional background of the partners started at the end of the eighties precisely in the field of environmental studies related to the high speed railway link (Florence-Bologna, Milan-Bologna and Turin-Venice first, and then Rome-Naples, Padova-Mestre, Milan-Genoa IIIo Valico, Turin-Lyon and Salerno-Battipaglia) and to the links into various towns (stations of Turin, Florence, Genoa, Rome and Palermo).

In the field of roads and motorways, we have carried out tens of studies relating to construction, enlargement and adaptation projects on existing or proposed roads, in urban areas (Rome, Bologna, Verona and Forlì as well as smaller towns) and in the field of motorways, with studies and design work relating to the modernisation and adaptation of existing infrastructure (Motorway A2 Rome-Naples, A3 Salerno-Reggio Calabria, A21 Turin-Piacenza, A32 Turin-Bardonecchia). Hundreds of the kilometres studied by relate to tunnels, including access roads to the Italian side of the Saint Gotthard rail tunnel and the Frejus road tunnel.

In the airport sector, was involved in enlargement projects and acoustic monitoring projects both for civil and commercial major Italian airports and heliports.

was also involved in the sector of logistics and in that of the switch from rail to road and sea, through studies and design work relating to environmental impact mitigation of logistics centres in Battipaglia, Bari-Lamasinata, Val Pescara and Civitavecchia, all in central and southern Italy.

More sporadic applications include underground, port and cycling track projects.

Abroad, was involved in the environmental impact assessment of the construction of new road, the Pan Araba Motorway, in Lebanon, and in the forecasting and design study of new power infrastructure (gas pipelines, electricity cables and power station) in Samabri-Biseni in Nigeria.
